Once again, she was sitting in the Red Dragon Inn minding her own business and recording some of the comings and goings and interactions of people and factions within one evening. She saw him then, the man she would forever bind her soul to. His name was Vois Sthavar Kl'ramordan, and he was the Second in Command - or as they called it - Patriarch, of the Restorers of Light guild. She followed him back to the place unknown to him, and for a long time she watched him and the RoL without interacting. Kerrinne was already making political ties by doing things for the Brotherhood of the Rose in secret, the Legion of Light was also another guild she did some secret work for in disguise, and she became widely known for bestowing great magical gifts upon those factions of the light she had tied herself politically to.
She also came to watch over a particular guild (DRAGON) that was run by a fire elemental elf named ChaZ Grackle. Within the guild was Draugwath Al'Windshade (sic) and Robyn - the woman who became his wife and bore his son. It was with the birth of this son that Robyn named Karal - Kerrinne's late grandfather's name, that her voice returned to her as mysteriously as it disappeared. She felt an instant bond with all members of that guild, because she knew the prophecies she had received from Merlin and the ones that her twin sister Karrah was now spouting at her violently indicated the child had something to do with her.
ChaZ ended up perishing in a death match, and Kerrinne spent all her free time digging around in the spirit world trying to find his spirit to bring it back to life. In the meantime, Draug took over leadership of the guild until he and Robyn had a bitter feud. They parted, and Robyn remained behind for a time at the guild's fortress. However, things were not safe for her and her new son. The prophecies indicated his role and his importance someday in RhyDin, and Kerrinne warned Robyn of the dangers. Robyn was also aware of the feeling of danger. So she did what any good mother would do. She sought refuge for herself and her child within the most unlikely place one might seek to find them, the Li'Ved household. Kerrinne watched in secret as the child was bonded into the Li'Ved family. She could sleep at night knowing the child would be forever safe within that mysterious and magical place. Gabrial Li'Ved would not let any harm come to those he bonded into his family, and everyone knew it.
Whispers ran amuck about prophecies and legends. The prophecies that Merlin spoke to her, but that she did not tell anyone about. It perplexed her how they could know of such things! They called her the Guardian of the Guilds of Light. While at first, she would not let prophecies steer her, they would soon come to feed her own ego. Thus the corruption of fame would begin. Her ties to the RoL became very strong, and she became extremely well known by the members. She had taken a complete fancy with Vois, and even found herself talking with him of the RoL's future. The founder and leader, or Primarch as they called it, of the RoL, Cecil Kira, had been missing since shortly after the guild was formed leaving Vois in charge. It was a precarious position to be in, to be SiC and not know if or when the leader would ever return.
Kerrinne helped encourage him after time to convince the members that he should be named Primarch, since he was doing all the work keeping it all together. It didn't take much convincing, as people knew Vois' and Cecil's vision of the RoL were the same. It was through her intel network she heard of a guild called Dark Dragons that was planning a secret attack of the RoL Compound. Immediately, she rushed to Vois to tell him of the impeding danger. With the knowledge she passed onto to him, not only was he able to derail the plan of attack by Dark Dragons, but he managed to recruit one of their own to the cause of the RoL. A minotaur by the name of KZ. He became a very close friend to both Kerrinne and Vois during this time.
She was spending more and more time with Vois and less and less with Joy. She knew she would have to leave Joy, because her feelings were betraying the marriage vows they had made together. So she decided to tell him right away that she had feelings for Vois, and that she wanted a divorce. He was torn apart by her admission, but he agreed to the divorce. Kerrinne moved out of Tallowcross in haste and into the RoL Compound. It was there she discovered she was pregnant with Joy's child. Vois wasn't so sure about the situation at first, feeling somewhat awkward. But he was as in love with Kerrinne as she was with him, so he went ahead and proposed to her once her divorce was final.
With Karal safe and now she was with her love, Vois, she returned to concentrate on ChaZ. A vision told her she would need him in the days to come, not to mention that she believed he played some intricate role in these prophecies. Once she located his spirit in the umbra, it was here she made the deal that would forever mark her with a dark fate. The entity of death did not want to release ChaZ' soul to her so that she could resurrect him. Determined that ChaZ was vital to her continuation and success in RhyDin, Kerrinne bargained up her own soul in exchange for ChaZ'. Upon her mortal death, she would assume the role of the entity of death freeing the one that now occupies it and has occupied it for thousands of years. It was a gloomy outlook to know that when you died, this was all that awaited you.
ChaZ was resurrected by Kerrinne**** (1996), and he came to guard over Ivory and run the estates there while Kerrinne was busy with the RoL and the UR. Kerrinne married Vois and gave birth to Korrina Annsley Joy. Shortly after her birth, Joy disappeared from RhyDin forever. Vois adopted Korrina has his own daughter right after this, and she was renamed Korrina Annsley Joy Kl'ramordan. Kerrinne came to occupy the Minister of Thorns position (Chief of Intelligence) inside the RoL during this time, and there she made some very happy memories with the likes of: Sentry Sage, King Helm, Raphtontis Amon, Alliastra Amon(at one time Alliandra), Tyrule Darkblade, and a host of others whose names may be forgotten, but whose faces are forever etched in her mind and in her heart.
It was she who encouraged Sir William Fenith, then a member of the RoL, to consider making his own guild when he complained to the RoL Council about how they should be fighting evil. Kerrinne took him aside privately and explained the RoL was not a militant guild, but a peaceful one who sought to preserve all that was rightful and just by example not by killing. It was with this that he branched off and formed the Warriors of Light. By the end of this period, Tyrule Darkblade had left the RoL to eventually form Darkstalkers - though she still spoke with him on occasion as they both were White Robed Mages at that time.
